Janbler Torres-Santos is believed to have shot a 29-year-old man during an argument in the parking lot of La Caverna Bar and Grill in Dumfries Shopping Plaza on March 7, Prince William County police said.
The victim was treated at an area hospital where police were contacted. The injury was determined to be non-life threatening.
Torres-Santos has ties to the Culpeper area and is known to drive a black Toyota Tacoma, police said. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspect is asked to contact police.
